History of the Avenue Apartments
The family home was purchased during the 1990’s. In spite of multiple architectual and design makeovers the building remained unworkable and unlivable as a family home. Enter Emily – innovative designer based in Hobart. The vision to develop 3 separate apartments was born.
What are we now?
Luxury ground floor and first-floor apartments in a small private block. Moments to local cafes, restaurants, and shops. Walking distance to Hobart CBD and historic waterfront. Two apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests while the third apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Suitable for families or couples traveling together.
All apartments are recently renovated luxury apartments and feature high-quality mattresses and bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry, a sunny outdoor area, and excellent heating throughout. Port-a-cot, high chair available upon request. Also free WiFi and Netflix.
Each apartment includes an outdoor courtyard for the exclusive use of guests.
Sandy Bay is at the centre of the tourist hub and within walking distance to the city, Salamanca Markets, Battery Point, and the Hobart waterfront.
